Bob represented the Plaintiff-Appellee in the Fifth District Appellate Court case of Graves v. Rosewood Care Center, Inc. of Edwardsville, 2012 IL App (5th) 100033, 968 N.E.2d 103, 360 Ill.Dec. 24, in which Rosewood sought to overturn a jury verdict for the plaintiff in Madison County, Illinois. The Appellate Court affirmed that jury instructions regarding administrative regulations promulgated pursuant to the Illinois Nursing Home Care Act as a whole accurately informed the jury of the standard of care.
