Practice Description:  
Ms. Ranalli concentrates her legal practice in corporate health care. She represents hospitals and physicians regarding a broad range of regulatory issues before the Illinois Departments of Public Health, Health Care and Family Services, Professional and Financial Regulation, and the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Board.

Ms. Ranalli also focuses on corporate risk management, confidentiality and privacy issues, compliance, medical staff disputes, medical staff by-laws, and general corporate health care, including corporate organization, mergers and acquisitions, tax, real estate and finance. She serves as general counsel to health care facilities.

She is a registered lobbyist in the state of Illinois.
