As a former Will County prosecutor, and with 28 years of courtroom experience in Will County, Steven C. Haney has the familiarity with the practices and procedures of the judges and prosecutors who may be assigned to your case. Having a solid understanding of how the criminal justice system works in Will County can make a clear difference in the outcome of your case. Whether you are charged with a felony, misdemeanor, dui, or traffic offense, hiring a former Will County prosecutor who is present in the Will County criminal courts in Joliet Illinois on a regular basis is always in your best interest.

Although Mr. Haney has handled a number of well-publicized, high-profile criminal cases and worked for larger firms, he values what he can do for those encountering our country’s legal system for the first time. The case could be a juvenile matter or a weapons charge against an adult. His attitude is still the same: give a voice to those who don’t have one, inside or outside the courtroom.
