Notable Cases and Results:
- Obtained a reversal in an easement dispute involving the proposed development of a multi-story commercial and residential building in Chicago's South Loop area. This appeal involved complex issues concerning easement and alienability rights.
- In another appeal, Ms. Driscoll was successful in obtaining a reversal of a judgment that would have required a golf course to incur significant expenses related to its completion of a $20 million redesign.
- At the circuit court level, Ms. Driscoll was recently successful in obtaining summary judgment on behalf of a seller of stock in transactions totaling over $2.6 million and on behalf of an attorney in a legal malpractice case.
