Daniel Voelker concentrates his practice exclusively in the areas of complex commercial litigation, and corporate and business consulting. He has appeared before numerous state and federal courts throughout the United States, having handled hundreds of litigation matters involving many substantive areas such as shareholder disputes, construction, contracts, real estate, defamation, unfair competition, trademark infringement, RICO, securities, antitrust, restrictive covenants, tort, products liability, liability of accountants, lawyers and architects, insurance coverage, medicare/medicaid fraud, False Claims Act, tax, and other complex commercial matters.

Mr. Voelker has authored several chapters for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education, including the "Financing Real Estate Transactions Handbook," 1996; "Labor Law Handbook," 1996; "Business and Commercial Litigation Handbook," 1990; and "Contract Law Handbook," 1989. He is also a member of the faculty for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, where he teaches trial advocacy and deposition skills.
