Practice Description: Mr. Tuite practices in the areas of workers' compensation and Social Security disability. He is a frequent lecturer on workers' compensation and Social Security disability law for various labor, business, and educational organizations.
Mr. Tuite was born in Rockford in 1955. He received his B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1976 and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1980. He is a member of the Winnebago County, Illinois State and American bar associations, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. He serves on the board of the Patriots Gateway Center and on the advisory board of the Ethnic Heritage Museum. He served on the board of The Literacy Council and is a former member of the Winnebago County Crime & Public Safety Commission. He was elected to the Rockford Township board in 2001 and re-elected in 2005.
