  • Recovery against Hankscraft Steam Vaporizer manufacturer and successor for design defect for failure to protect from tip over flow of boiling water.

  • Recovery against Glock manufacturer for inadequate trigger safety mechanism resulting in accidental discharge of weapon.

  • Recovery against manufacturer of press brake for amputation of hand where employer removed hand safety devices because of inducement to do so in operator's manual for the "rapid duplication of small identical parts."


  • Motor Vehicles:
  • Defeated failure to utilize available seat belts to mitigate injuries defense in car crash cases.

  • Defeated failure to utilize available motorcycle helmets to mitigate injuries defense in motorcycle crash cases.

  • Recovery for orthopedic surgeon for left C7 nerve root injury in car crash after prior C6-C7 herniated disc surgery.


  • Medical Malpractice Cases:
  • Recovery for brain injury against neurosurgeon during inferior cervical ganglionectomy and sympathectomy for vertebral artery sympathetic nerve sheath for laceration of vertebral artery.

  • Recovery for brain injury against neurosurgeon during reconstruction of posterior communicating artery/fetal posterior cerebral artery for occlusion of artery.

  • Recovery for brain injury resulting in death against hospital for failure to monitor diabetic for hypoglycemia and failure to raise blood sugar level.
