Mr. Boswell joined Hinshaw & Culbertson in November 1987. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Winnebago County Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
Following his graduation from West Point, Mr. Boswell served in the U.S. Army from 1972 to 1977. He resigned his commission with the rank of Captain.
Mr. Boswell is Chairman of the Leadership Committee for Prairie State Legal Services, a provider of legal assistance for the indigent.
