Mr. Mueller is the senior partner in the firm of Mueller, Reece & Hinch, LLC, with more than 30 years of business, commercial, and litigation experience in the Bloomington-Normal/ McLean County area. He is a member of the McLean County (past officer and member of Board of Governors), Illinois State (member, Voluntary Fee Arbitration Committee and Committee on Judicial Evaluations outside Cook County) and American (Section of Business Law) Bar Associations. He is a master in the Robert C. Underwood Inn of Court. He has served as a mediator and arbitrator in the Court Annexed Arbitration Program of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.
In recent years, Mr. Mueller's practice has been primarily focused on general, commercial and business matters. Mr. Mueller has wide experience in representing privately held businesses including construction companies, retail businesses, professional practices and associations, agricultural businesses, advertising agencies, insurance brokers and agencies, banks, real estate development companies, motor vehicle dealers, mail order businesses and a municipal arena management company. He is counsel for the Illinois Special Olympics, the Illinois Reading Council and the Owen Family Foundation.
Mr. Mueller has served on many civic and charitable boards and committees including Bloomington School District 87 Board of Education, McLean County Regional Planning Commission, and the Heartland Community College Foundation Board of Directors.
