Lydia Kamerlink is a founding partner of Kamerlink, Stark, McCormack, & Powers, L.L.C. She has successfully represented individuals on numerous multi-faceted issues, including but not limited to: marital dissolution; asset identification and allocation; valuation and disposition of substantial business interests; custody, child support and maintenance issues; prenuptial and postnuptial agreements; post-decree enforcement litigation; invalidity of marriage; legal separation; adoption and orders of protection. Through her vast experience, Ms. Kamerlink has become one of Chicago's most well-respected and knowledgeable trial attorneys.

Ms. Kamerlink's strong client advocacy and steadfast dedication to each of her clients permeates all aspects of her domestic relations practice. She is a court-appointed Child Representative, receiving appointments from judges to represent the best interests of minor children in contested matters. Additionally, Ms. Kamerlink is a highly qualified mediator, trained and certified through the DePaul University Center for Dispute Resolution.

Ms. Kamerlink is actively involved in the Chicago community, volunteering with numerous organizations. She has spoken at many seminars, most recently the ABA's Family Law Spring 2012 Conference (Divorce Debts and Bankruptcy) and the Divorce Illinois Seminar in February 2012 (Client Management).
