Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP was founded in 1992 by a group of trial lawyers who left a large Chicago firm to better serve the needs of their clients. The firm is dedicated to resolving contested matters—by trial, if necessary.
Jury trial experience is the hallmark of Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, a nationally recognized litigation firm. Lawyers with the firm have tried hundreds of cases to verdict in a wide variety of commercial, equitable and casualty disputes. Many large corporations and prestigious institutions retain Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP in jurisdictions across the United States.
Because of the firm's size, efficiency and focus, Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP is able to provide the highest quality of legal services at hourly rates lower than those offered by other, larger Chicago law firms.
