Although he still retains a broad-based general business practice, most of John T. Roselli's time is devoted to a commercial real estate transactional practice. He represents owners, investors, commercial tenants, developers and lenders in all facets of the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, development, leasing, operation and selling of vacant land, industrial projects, shopping centers, office buildings, apartment buildings and multi-purpose facilities. These projects often involve IRC Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges and the creative use of special purpose partnerships, tenancies in common, limited liability companies or joint ventures.
