Robert Field has advised clients in the areas of corporate, banking and real estate law for almost thirty years. He represents clients of all sizes and interests, ranging from individuals and small, family owned businesses to large corporations. He emphasizes the need to take a practical approach when assisting clients with even the most complex legal issues.
Bob handles the full spectrum of corporate law matters, ranging from corporate financing and organization to executive compensation. He has successfully guided clients in hundreds of situations to help them achieve their goals. The majority of his time is devoted to advising clients on myriad issues concerning corporate law and banking regulations. He also advises clients in the area of real estate development.
Bob has served as the Chairman of five banks and has served as a member of the State Banking Board of Illinois. He has also served as a Director of five corporations and Chairman of the Board of Directors of another. These experiences have given Robert a unique understanding of his clients' ultimate concerns. As a result, he can better utilize his legal expertise to assist them in achieving their goals.
