Practice Description:
Fredric J. Entin offers clients extensive knowledge of health care corporate, regulatory and general counsel services to U.S. and international health care institutions, including academic medical centers. He is a nationally known health care attorney and former General Counsel of the American Hospital Association. During his 35-year career he has had extensive experience and success representing hospitals, academic medical centers, physicians and medical groups and health care trade associations on a variety of regulatory and industry issues, including Medicare and Medicaid compliance, exempt tax and governance, antitrust, behavioral health, medical staff and clinical information and technology. He has advocated on behalf of health care clients before various regulatory agencies and in the courts. Entin also counsels international health care providers on regulatory, liability and payment issues that emerge in treatment of patients from the United States.
